TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Your purchase and use of a wristband for Benidorm Soul Weekender (BSW) signifies your agreement to them.
Important: Your Wristband Is For Events Only
This wristband is solely for entry to the Benidorm Soul Weekender events. It does not include any travel arrangements such as flights, accommodation, or transfers to and from Benidorm.

1. Non-Refundable Policy: All wristband purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or inability to attend.

  • Inclement weather (unless the event is cancelled in its entirety by the organiser).

  • Event program changes, including alterations to performance schedules, line-up, or attractions.

  • Loss or theft of your wristband.

2. Wristband Use & Admission: Your wristband is your sole means of entry to Benidorm Soul Weekender (BSW) events only.  You will need to book your own flights and accommodation and transfers. 

  • It must be worn securely on your wrist at all times while at the event venue.

  • Tampered with, damaged, or removed wristbands will be deemed void, and re-entry or continued access will be denied without a refund.

  • Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced.

  • Access to certain areas or age-restricted zones may require additional verification (e.g., valid ID).

3. Event Rules & Conduct:

  • Attendees must adhere to all rules, regulations, and instructions issued by event staff and security.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee from the event venue without refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Violation of these terms.

    • Disruptive, unruly, or unsafe behavior.

    • Intoxication or drug use.

    • Possession of prohibited items (e.g., weapons, illegal substances, external alcohol – a full list of prohibited items may be available on our website or at entry).

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while at the event.

4. Photography & Video Consent: By attending Benidorm Soul Weekender (BSW), you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. You agree that Benidorm Soul Weekender (BSW) may use such photographs, films, and recordings for any purpose, including promotional materials, without compensation to you.
5. Liability:

  • Attendance at the event is at your own risk.

  • Benidorm Soul Weekender (BSW) is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property sustained during the event.

6. Changes to Event: Benidorm Soul Weekender (BSW) reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, artists, or venue at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
7. Age Restrictions: This event is 18+ only. 

By purchasing and using this wristband, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
