We can't wait to see you at BSW2026!

We know you're super excited, so here are the answers to your most asked questions to help you get organised for the weekend!

Flights & Hotels: Not included. Your wristband gets you into all BSW2026 events from May 15-17, 2026. You'll need to book your own travel and stay.

When will we get our wristbands? You'll collect them at the venues! Simply present your digital ticket, and we'll scan it in exchange for your event wristband.  If you've purchased Weekend Passes, you'll get your wristband on the first evening (Friday 15th May) which you'll need all weekend. 

​

Coming Early?: Go for it! It's your holiday, so stay as long as you like. Our events are in the evenings of May 15th, 16th & 17th. Grab a weekend ticket, or a day ticket if you're just popping in!

 

Where to Stay?: We'll be near Levante Beach, which is packed with hotels from budget to luxury. Check out the map for the area here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZXjvmCoaMzUQ7Ejs8

 

Transfers?: Not covered. But you can easily catch an ALSA bus from Alicante airport to the Old Town (under €10, 45 mins) or hop in a taxi. Check out Beniconnect for shuttles: https://www.beniconnect.com/en/shuttle-airport-transfer/alicante-airport-alc/benidorm/

Daytime Fun?: The events are in the evening, but we're looking at planning some daytime events too, so you can keep the party going! Watch this space!
